Pastor Starkey has been serving the APW community for over ten years now.  He started our youth group, community food pantry, and currently serves on the APW school board.  He loves this community and calls it “the land of milk and honey”.  He jokingly refers to himself as a plow boy preacher and has many unique experiences for a Pastor. He served honorably in the Marines, worked in manufacturing jobs from automobile windows to Yoplait yogurt.  He left Yoplait to church plant in Upper Peninsula Michigan while running a correctional facility kitchen crew.  Now he has spent a decade serving and loving Upstate New York.
